Elastic Care has introduced LifePath-C, a small, battery-operated device for continuous ambulatory cardiac monitoring. Signals are captured through patches connected to the device and securely transmitted to Elastic Care servers, where they are compiled into a report for clinician review.
LifePath-C is designed to be worn away from the clinic so a patient can be monitored over an extended period. It supports identification and classification of QRS complexes and basic arrhythmia, with reports made available to the care team.
Regulatory status: LifePath-C is an investigational device currently under FDA 510(k) review. It is not cleared by the FDA and is not available for sale or clinical use in the United States.
