Two parts, clearly separated
The multivariate four-tier alert engine, case routing, and clinician dashboards are part of the RPM platform. They organize and prioritize incoming data and route screened cases to the appropriate person. This ships with the RPM platform and is operated by your licensed staff wherever the platform is deployed.
In select international markets, our trained clinical team can run the monitoring layer as a managed service, including surveillance, patient outreach, confirmatory follow-up, and escalation within the thresholds and rules you set. Staffing model, credentialing, and coverage details are shared during onboarding.
